Employment Rate: 1 Position Salary: Based on company structure Work Location: 172 Soi Prasert-Manukitch 14, Prasert-Manukitch Road, Chorakhe Bua, Lat Phrao, Bangkok 10230 Announcement Date: Mar 19, 2018 Responsibilities - Proficient in Hardware, Software, and Networking with the ability to troubleshoot computer issues. - Install, relocate, and upgrade company hardware and software. - Perform basic repair and maintenance of IT equipment according to established standards. - Monitor, update, and resolve issues related to Servers and Networks to ensure optimal performance. - Provide technical advice regarding the company's computer and IT systems. - Stay updated on current hardware, software, networking technologies, and security systems. - Basic understanding of Google Cloud or other Cloud platforms to improve operational efficiency. - Maintain and propose solutions for Cloud system issues. - Responsible for on-site customer support, providing expert IT advice and resolving KIOSK hardware issues. - Coordinate KIOSK equipment sales between manufacturers and customers. - Test KIOSK equipment before delivery to customers. - Coordinate the procurement of IT equipment and supplies from vendors for internal use. - Coordinate and track IT equipment repairs to ensure they are returned to service on schedule. - Prepare monthly reports and maintenance logs with useful recommendations for future improvements. - Conduct basic website troubleshooting based on customer-reported issues. - Consolidate system test comments and feedback into formal documentation. - Coordinate with customers on technical matters. - Perform system testing prior to customer delivery. - Manage and coordinate Domain & Hosting services, including registration, renewals, and migrations. - Able to travel for on-site coordination or equipment installation at various locations or provinces.
